At Games in One Place, your satisfaction matters. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
What Can Be Returned?
- Products must be in unused, unopened, and resaleable condition, with all original tags, packaging, and security seals intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.
- Collectible items like trading cards must be sealed and untouched.
- Pre-owned items are eligible for exchange only, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
- Submit a return request through our Support Form with your order number and the reason for return.
- Once approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization email with step-by-step instructions.
- Important: Do not return items before receiving authorization — unauthorized packages will not be accepted.
Received Something Wrong or Damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us right away using the Support Form and include:
- Your order number
- A clear explanation of the issue (photos are extremely helpful)
Our team will respond within 72 hours. If eligible, we’ll issue a prepaid return label and process a replacement or refund once the item is reviewed.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health, safety, or licensing reasons, the following are non-returnable:
- Clearance or final-sale products
- Gift cards or store credit vouchers
- Digital subscriptions and online services
- Custom or personalized products

Refund Processing

- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.
